A 38-year-old Malaysian expatriate, Fawziya Mohamed, cried the tears of happiness when she received the call from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia confirming the news that she has been selected for Hajj 2020, that was the day of birthday.
According to her, this was her first-ever Hajj in her lifetime, and she was grateful to Allah to give her the opportunity to do it when she less expected it. With the coronavirus, millions of Muslims were scheduled to perform Hajj, but she gets selected from all around the world. A total of 1,000 pilgrims performed Hajj this year.
Saudi Government had to limit the attendees of the Hajj 1441 due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to keep worshippers secure and the holy sights clean.
This is the most incredible feeling I have ever felt in my life, and truly believe that this was the best birthday gift ever, I am thrilled to celebrate my birth in Masjid al-Haram while performing Hajj. This is the best gift I have ever received in my life.

The kingdom of saudi arabia had stated that the pilgrims who performed Hajj 2020 belonged to different nationalities who are living in the Saudi Arabia. 70% of them were Non-Saudis but they were the residents of Saudi Arabia, meanwhile 30% of the remaining were Saudis beloning to militory and medical sector.
