Each week, imams at the Two Holy Mosques personally draft their sermons, which are then translated into multiple languages and broadcast live during Friday prayers.

The process begins early in the week, with imams preparing sermons. By Tuesday or Wednesday, drafts are submitted to translation teams tasked with converting the Arabic text into languages such as English, French, Urdu, Turkish, and Malay.

Simultaneously, the identity of the Khatib (sermon deliverer) is announced, allowing worshipers to anticipate the imam leading the prayer.
