UAE Sets Hajj 2027 Registration Dates From September 14 to September 25, 2026

The UAE’s General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat opened registration on Monday, August 10, for Emirati citizens who want to perform Haj during the 1448 AH/2027 season. Citizens can apply through the authority’s smart application and its official website.

Registration Period

Registration opens on September 14, 2026, and closes on September 25, 2026.

Selection Process

Applicants go through an automated screening process based on UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 32 of 2018 and the authority’s approved criteria.

The authority expects to complete this process by October 9, 2026, when it will publish the names of approved pilgrims. Those selected will then be contacted to complete the remaining procedures.

Preparations for Haj 2027

The authority is following its approved timetable to prepare for the season, covering both registration and selection. It is also working on plans to improve pilgrim services and help citizens perform Haj comfortably and safely.
