The Presidency of the Affairs for the Holy Mosque has announced to was the mosques are being sterilized four times a day with the floor to keep all the visitors safe.

13,500 prayer rugs are in the mosque which is being folded before the staff washes the mosque, told by the Director of Cleansing and Carpets Department of Masjid al-Haram, Jaber Widaani.

While talking to the Saudi Press Agency, Jaber Widaani further elaborated that the process of folding the huge prayer rugs is done before washing and the floor is being sterilized and once it is done, the staff unfolds the prayer rugs in the Grand Mosque (Masjid Al-Haram).

“Very good workers are taking part in the sterilizing and cleaning process by using the Hi-Tech equipment and materials for sterilization and cleaning, adding more to this, the staff is also spraying perfumes after the process completes,” told Jaber Widaani, furthermore, he said, all of these things are being done in a record time.

The Presidency of the Affairs for the Holy Mosque ensures taking utmost keenness to keep the mosques tidy, clean and secure from any sort of virus, recently Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs also banned Umrah pilgrims to keep the kingdom safe, but unfortunately, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia recently confirmed a new case of coronavirus.

Not just Umrah pilgrims, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs also suspended the tourists’ entry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the coronavirus affected countries.
