The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched the Nusuk Umrah service today, opening a direct route for pilgrims outside Saudi Arabia to apply for Umrah visas and arrange travel services without an intermediary.
The platform, accessible at umrah.nusuk.sa, supports seven languages and links with government systems to speed processing and reduce paperwork.
Users can pick complete packages or select individual items such as a visa, hotel booking, local transport, guided tours and other trip-related services.
The site’s interface includes payment methods that suit different national markets, and applicants can tailor itineraries according to personal needs.
Once an application is submitted, the system shows clear status updates from submission through visa issuance.
The ministry said the new channel works alongside licensed agents in pilgrims’ home countries, which remain an option for travelers who prefer local support.
The Nusuk Umrah portal also lists accredited agents so users can compare packages and make informed choices.
Integration with existing electronic services helps centralize bookings and payments, and reduces the need for paper forms and in-person steps.
