After the recent flight disruptions caused by escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has launched a 24/7 helpline to assist Hajj 2025 pilgrims with up-to-date flight information and real-time travel support.
The dedicated helpline, reachable at 051-9216980, aims to address growing concerns among pilgrims following multiple flight delays and cancellations that have affected Hajj operations this week.
The service will help travelers confirm their flight status and receive immediate assistance regarding any changes to their travel plans.
According to ministry spokesperson Muhammad Umar Butt, the helpline will operate around the clock, divided into two shifts to ensure uninterrupted support throughout the Hajj season.
The helpline operations are being supervised by Director IT Jameel-ur-Rehman, with designated contacts for each shift:
- First Shift Contact: Hafiz Majid | +92-332-4509868
- Second Shift Contact: Malik Asad | +92-321-5365023
In addition to the helpline, pilgrims are strongly encouraged to stay in contact with their assigned Haji camps for further coordination and updates, particularly in light of the recent disruption to flight schedules.
