French authorities have closed MHS College and High School, the only school in Paris that was educating the french Muslims, TRT world reported.
According to the report, 4.5 Million Muslims in France have been facing severe pressure from authorities to give up their religious activities.
MHS College and High School were established in 2015, is a private secondary school in Paris, France. Despite the fact that the school is very liberal and follows the French official national curriculum, educating the majority of Muslim students.
Wearing Hijab is based on the wish of the students, if they want to wear it they can if they do not want to wear it they can just skip it, the school would welcome them, says MHS founder while talking to TRT world.
This school has given education to Muslim girls while being able to practice their faiths. The school was unique and gave freedom to Muslim girls in Paris.
The founder said in a statement that the closure of the school has made 18 teachers and domestic staff lose their jobs.
