Money comes and goes. Houses get bigger but feel emptier. You work hard, earn well, but something still feels missing. The blessing just is not there.
Barakah is that secret ingredient. It makes little feel like much. It turns a small home into a place of peace. It makes your income stretch further than numbers suggest.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught his companions a beautiful supplication that covers exactly this. It asks for forgiveness first, then for expansion and blessing. The order matters.
Dua To Recite For Barakah In Rizq And Home
This dua is recorded in Jami` at-Tirmidhi. A companion told the Prophet that he heard him making this supplication at night.

Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي دَارِي وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنِي
Transliteration:
Allāhummaghfirlī dhanbī, wa wassi’ lī fī dārī, wa bārik lī fīmā razaqtanī
Meaning:
O Allah, forgive me my sin, and expand for me my abode, and bless for me that which You have provided me.
How many times should you recite this dua?
- Recite this dua daily, preferably in your morning and evening supplications.
- You can also say it when entering your home or when feeling financial stress.
Ask Allah to forgive you, expand your space, and bless your provision. Watch how your perspective shifts. You stop chasing more and start cherishing what you have. The barakah follows. Your home feels warmer. Your money goes further. Your heart rests easier.
