The Clock Tower Museum is located within the Abraj Al-Bait complex, directly adjacent to the Grand Mosque.
Enter through the Zamzam/Clock Tower entrance and proceed to Level P9, where you will find both walk-in ticket counters and registration desks for online bookings.
Staff members are available to guide visitors to the museum elevators and observation decks.
