Majmaah University Astronomical Observatory has announced that the Ramadan 2024 moon in Saudi Arabia has been sighted. Ramadan will start on March 11, Tuesday.
Eid al-Fitr 2024 will fall either on Tuesday, April 8th or April 9th depending on the Shawwal moon.
Taraweeh prayers will start in Saudi Arabia from tonight.
The Ambassador of Indonesia also attended the moon sighting ceremony in Sudair alongside chief astronomer Abdullah Al-Khudairi.
