Who Can Enter Makkah
From April 13, entry into Makkah is permitted only for those holding one of the following:
- A valid Hajj permit
- A resident ID issued by Makkah
- A work permit in Makkah
Anyone who does not fall into one of these three categories will not be granted entry into the Holy City regardless of their visa type or purpose of travel.
