Two primary roles define Sheikh Juhany's professional life. As an Imam at Masjid al-Haram since 2007, he leads prayers and special night prayers during Ramadan.
Simultaneously, he serves as Professor of Qur'anic Qira'at at Umm Al-Qura University, where he teaches the science of proper Quran recitation to future generations of Islamic scholars.
This dual responsibility allows him to both practice and preserve the art of tajweed and qira'at.
