Global Imams Council has banned Muslim athletics to participate in Beijing Olympics 2021 due to the oppression of the Uighur Muslims in China.
The statement issued by the Global Imam Council mentioned that participating in the games will directly serve the interest of the tyrannical government of china, which is behind the oppression.
United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia have also announced the boycott of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
Over a million Uyghurs live in the Xinjiang province of China, these Muslims are of Turkic origin. American and European media have publically shared the news that the ethnic groups are being forcibly held in concentration camps and being forced to work.
It is also not allowed to name your babies and Muslims have also been forced to drink alcohol and eat pork.
