# First Hajj 2025 Pilgrims Set to Arrive from South Africa

The first Hajj 2025 flight carrying pilgrims will land in Saudi Arabia on **28 April** from **South Africa**, marking the official start of this year's pilgrimage season. This initial arrival will be followed by flights from major Muslim-majority nations throughout the week.

**Scheduled Arrival Dates:**

- **28 April:** South Africa (First arrival)
- **29 April:** Pakistan, India and Bangladesh
- **2 May:** Indonesia

Saudi authorities have completed preparations at **King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah)** and **Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (Madinah)** to welcome the early arrivals. Special Hajj terminals have been activated with expanded immigration counters and streamlined baggage handling systems to accommodate the influx.
